Fitting Date Arrangement
Upon the arrival of your new flooring at our warehouse, we will reach out to you to arrange a fitting date. It’s important to note that certain flooring products may need to be delivered to your home before the fitting date, allowing them to have the materials needed for your fitting. We will inform you if this is necessary.
Getting your room ready
Depending on the supplementary services you’ve selected, certain preparations may be required before our fitter arrives to install your flooring. If you haven’t opted for our dedicated removal services, kindly ensure that any furniture is relocated, and old flooring is removed, creating an unobstructed space for the fitting. For those who have enlisted our furniture moving service, please clear items such as ornaments, drawer contents, and cupboard contents in advance.
What To Expect On Fitting Day
It’s essential for you or your representative to be present at home during the installation process. This ensures that our fitter can address your specific requirements and handle any unforeseen issues that may arise.
Our skilled fitters will prepare the sub-floor as needed and install your new flooring. Upon completion, they will responsibly dispose of any waste, including your old flooring if you’ve opted for our disposal service. The result will be a neatly finished room, allowing you to immediately appreciate and enjoy your stunning new floor.
